Our Program

Hanani House recognizes the significant challenges that men and women face early in recovery and beyond. We are committed to helping overcome the barriers that hinder success in recovery. Hanani House offers comprehensive 12 step recovery support through our Recovery Success Program and Recovery Housing.

Hanani's Recovery Success Program

Hanani House offers daily and weekly support from our Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Peer Specialist who collaborate with each resident to provide recovery, education and employment support.

  • 90 Day Recovery Workbook

Hanani House has developed a 90 Day Recovery Workbook that will take each resident through the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous in the first 90 days of residency. The workbook provides daily morning meditation, 12 step prayers, writing exercises, and daily reflection.  At the end of each week is step work that will be completed and reviewed with a sponsor.

  • Recovery Success Plan

Early recovery can be difficult. The Hanani House Recovery Success Plan can help navigate these challenges by developing an individualized treatment plan that identifies and addresses barriers to success, develops recovery support goals, and creates a relapse prevention plan. Our certified alcohol and drug counselor has 18 years of experience with 12 step recovery and will work collaboratively with the client to create an individualized treatment plan for success in recovery. Call or email for more information.

  • Education Planning

For many people recovering from substance use disorder, education presents a barrier to successful recovery. Earning potential and job satisfaction is closely related to a person's level of education attainment, but at Hanani House, we work with each individual to plan goals for achieving the next step. Whether the plan includes preparing for and taking the High School Equivalency Test (HiSET) or finishing a degree that was started long ago, we can help. Let our professional, credentialed staff help create a plan that is right for you. Residents who do not have a high school diploma or GED will be encouraged and supported should they decide to attend GED classes as part of their Recovery Success Program.

  • Job Coaching

Residents who have completed Level 1 (the first 30 days of residency) are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, or volunteer in the community. Hanani House provides a job coach to help navigate the career exploration process. Our job coaching services help residents search for jobs, explore options, identify job skills and readiness, and provide ongoing support to complete the application and hiring process.
